Inside Sales Representative

$80,000 - $120,000 per year

As an Inside Sales Rep you will close INBOUND LEADS from radio, digital and print advertising via phone, text and email. 

NO COLD CALLING! These leads are calling you to BUY what we sell! They will purchase from someone within 72 hours. It's your job to make sure it is from DFW Security. You must be a strong closer!

Commercial Installation Technician

$16.00 - $30.00 / hour

Work with a Team of Technicians to install and service alarm systems, cameras, access control systems, and other life safety systems in new and existing buildings in all types of construction.

Customer Service / Technical Support

In a comfortable and fast-paced call center environment, Technical Support Representatives take calls from customers to help them understand/troubleshoot their security and home automation systems over the phone.

  • •  Provide technical and customer support via telephone for inbound calls
  • •  Develop extensive knowledge of equipment and installation processes 
  • •  Educate customers on the use of systems and equipment
  • •  Create service tickets for issues not able to be resolved over the phone
  • •  Accurately record customer’s technical issues


  • •  Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
  • •  Ability to solve unique technical problems 
  • •  Multi-task while using different internal programs
  • •  Give clear step-by-step instructions for understanding/fixing systems over the phone
  • •  Passion for providing quality customer service
  • •  Ability to envision product scenarios in order to help customers solve problems
  • •  Must feel comfortable with de-escalating phone calls
  • •  Adapt to system/process changes quickly while retaining new information

Other Skills & Requirements:

  • •  Must be at least 18 years old
  • •  High School or equivalent preferred but not required 
  • •  Call center experience required
  • •  One year or  more customer service experience required
  • •  Bilingual is a plus
