DFW Security is taking critical steps to continue providing 24/7 Protection and Peace of Mind to our Customers, Employees and Community, especially in these uncertain times.

Ensuring that our vital Life Safety, Fire Protection, Home Security and Business Security systems are available and working properly is a top priority.

If you are considered High Risk, we have Licensed Technicians available to help you over the phone, with anything from Troubleshooting and Technical Support to New System Design. They can even send you a Pre-Programmed System and walk you through the Set Up over the phone.

In some cases, installation and/or repair of these essential systems could require a technician to visit your property in person.

Our technicians have been instructed to take all available precautions to keep you and themselves safe and healthy.

If you (or someone you have been in contact with) are showing any signs of possible contagious illness, we ask you to please cancel or reschedule your in-person appointment with us.

In addition, our employees have been advised to strictly adhere to the recommendations of the CDC:

  • Stay home when sick.
  • Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; or use hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol content.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or upper sleeve.
  • Clean commonly touched surfaces and objects, including tools.

We have implemented 6ft social distancing in our offices (which are closed to the public), and employees are working remotely when possible.
